Best Lebanese food out there!!

Very good Kebab, the restaurant offers a lot more interesting and tasty dishes. This is what every kebab house should look like. Prices, however, are already departing as part of the Pandemic fever, it's a pity

Best food I ate in all of Germany. The service was decent and cheerful. I got the chicken kebab plate and the kunefa. Both were above my expectations. If you are in Heidelberg, do stop by this place for some lunch.

The food tasted very good, the staff was very nice and friendly. Even though the restaurant was pretty full, you didn't have to wait long for the food, the staff tried hard. Simply great 😉 I can only recommend 😉

Was there more often and always tasted good. Also great when you're hungry late, due to the long opening times. Sometimes it takes a while when you are there with several people, but definitely still within the framework.

The restaurant is in the middle of the popular old town and is very well attended. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The portions were big enough. During the week you could eat the to-go wraps on site. The spiciness of the food, if you order it, should not be underestimated. Even for those who are used to spicy cuisine.

I am very satisfied with Sahara, the food tastes really delicious! I can especially recommend the "shawarma". So far the most delicious I've eaten. The price-performance ratio is really great! The staff is really friendly, even when it's stressful. I would say go there yourself, let yourself be convinced!

Went specially from Karlsruhe to Heidelberg and specifically to the Sahara restaurant and then unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. The pictures on the homepage, which we were optically very impressed with, unfortunately looked very different in reality. On the homepage, the skewers were large from one edge of the plate to the next, but in reality the skewer was much thinner and also much smaller, the same also with the Hänchen food. The food tasted anyway and unfortunately I only have to give it 2 stars because the behavior of the service staff was simply a nogo. After she asked us if we liked it and we pointed out the portion amount that 3 to 4 pieces of meat cannot be called a skewer, she just turned around without saying a word and ran away. She made us feel that she really doesn't care what else we have to say. I think the restaurant has enough tourists who visit it every day, so a few customers more or less just don't matter, that would at least explain their behavior.

Well located restaurant near the university library. They offer great homemade lemonade. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order.

yummy food, good for vegetarians

Went for dinner as just felt like a kebab. This was top notch! Chicken Shawarma wrap and the garlic sauce is amazing. I’m a big kebab fan and this was great. Highly recommend. The wife had the shawarma plate which was massive. I was happy to help! That came with hummus and a choice of either rice or chips. Lots of seating inside but we chose to sit out on the Main Street. Would eat here again. They also take credit cards!!

A great place for vegans and vegetarians. I would recommend. Very tasty prepared dishes, beautifully presented. Something different than in other similar restaurants. Very nice staff. During consumption, the waitress comes up and asks if everything is okay and if the ordered dishes taste good. I recommend visiting this place It was my first and definitely not the last visit to this place.
